"Game of Thrones" actor Kit Harrington, popular for his role as "Jon Snow," recently revealed that a major character could die in the upcoming episode of the famous HBO television series. The character that he talked about was none other than Daenerys Targaryen, a fictional character played by actress Emilia Clarke.
Apparently, Harrington was lying. The actor recently confessed to BBC Radio host Steve Wright how he has started to lie to people whenever they ask him what is going to happen next in this season.
"I've started just lying to people," Harrington said. "If they ask what happens this season I say, well, Daenerys dies, Tyrion loses a leg. I just go all out."
That is, Jon Snow of the "Game of Thrones" likes to lie to people when they ask for spoilers. The actor further said that it surprises him to see people coming up to him to ask what is going to happen in the rest of the season.
"If I actually came out and told you, you'd hate me for it," he continued.
The 29-year-actor, who is also famous for his physique, has long been quizzed about the fate of his character on the show, after fans watched the "Bastard of Winterfell" on a repeat mode. While some expected him to be shown dead, a majority of the fans believed that his character, Jon Snow would revive in Season 6 of the show.
However, Harrington did spill the beans about the fate of his character to one of the other actors on the show, and it was none other than Clarke. He had let the British-born actress know that Jon Snow lives in the upcoming season as they both went out to supper and got drunk together, according to The Express.
The "Game of Thrones" Season 6, which started in April, has just three episodes left. That is the reason why the fans are up on their toes to figure out what would happen in the upcoming episodes and how the story would take turn by the time this season ends.
While Harrington might have confessed that he way lying about the fate of the beloved Mother of Dragons, some fans speculate that this could be actually true.
