"The Flash" season 3, "Arrow" season 5, "Supergirl" season 2 and "Legends of Tomorrow" season 2 will all feature at least one crossover episode in its upcoming installment.

The CW president Mark Pedowitz personally confirmed the news at the network's upfront presentation in May.

After Pedowitz's announcement, E! News asked some of the cast members on each of the shows to name which actor or actress they want to work with in the crossover.

"Legends of Tomorrow" star Brandon Routh, who plays the role of Atom, said that he wants to work with "Supergirl" character Kara Danvers (Melissa Benoist) of "The Flash" lead character Barry Allen (Grant Gustin).

"Obviously Supergirl would be fun and iconic and funny. I also really haven't worked so much with Grant. I am really looking forward to having some fun Barry and Ray of Flash and Atom scenes. We've never had a one-on-one scene, so I would look forward to that for sure," he said.

Meanwhile, "The Flash" cast member Carlos Valdes said that he wants to have scenes with "Supergirl" star Jeremy Jordan. The former plays the role of Cisco and the latter plays the role of Winn.

"I think I would be interested to do a crossover with Jeremy Jordan... I think that would be a lot of fun. I think we'd explore some interesting character dynamics there, and he's a theater dude like me. We both came from theater, and so we know a lot of the same people," he said.

In other news, "Arrow" lead actor Stephen Amell is looking forward to working with Benoist in "Supergirl" season 2.

According to him, "We haven't been on screen together. Also, I haven't been on screen with Victor Garber, and that's bullsh*t."

Meanwhile, "Supergirl" recently joined the three other shows on The CW. Previously, the series aired on CBS.

According to Variety, the move from CBS to The CW was the first for the two networks.

The series also stars Calista Flockhart, Chyler Leigh, Mehcad Brooks and David Harewood.

"Supergirl" season 2, "The Legends of Tomorrow" season 2, "The Flash" season 3 and "Arrow" season 5 will all return to The CW sometime this year.
