‘Game of Silence' season 2 spoilers: Will other networks pick up cancelled NBC series like ‘Nashville’?

"Game of Silence" season 1 was cancelled by NBC after only 10 episodes.

At present, fans are still urging the network to reconsider the show's fate.

On Design N Trend's website, some fans noted that NBC should've given "Game of Silence" a chance to continue on until a second season.

After all, viewers believe that the David Lyons starrer was axed because it didn't generate impressive ratings especially on its pilot episode.

@Eric Harty wrote, "Please renew it, it's so good even if it didn't have a lot of viewers, it will grow. Only time can make that happen. It's only the first season - you can't expect it to blow up and get 10 million views."

Another fan @Sara Starkey said that "Game of Silence" should be renewed because there are tons of cliffhangers that need to be answered.

"They need to keep this show on. Wrong time slot and wrong time of the year. That rich woman can't get away! The cop and the team and other need to band with Jackson to form a great firm that helps people - it could be a real winner!"

@Harriet King seconded the other fan's statement by saying, "PLEASE, PLEASE do NOT cancel 'Game of Silence.' It's one of the best shows on TV. The season finale left too many questions unanswered. This show needs to come back."

Meanwhile, fans of "Game of Silence" already came up with a page on Petition.org that is aimed at soliciting fan signs and support to prove to NBC that they will continue to support and watch the series.

However, as of late, NBC has not yet commented on whether or not there's hope for the series.

In other news, fans are still not losing any hope because of what recently happened to "Nashville." The series was cancelled by ABC last month, but it was recently picked up by CMT for season 5.

Like what @Sara Starkey said, some fans believe that "Game of Silence" aired on the wrong network and timeslot.

"Game of Silence" season 1 aired its finale episode on Sunday night.
