Lenovo has revealed two new Moto Z smartphones - the Moto Z Force and the Moto Z. Let's take a look at the specs of the two devices.
The Moto Z weighs 136g and measures 153.3mm x 75.3mm x 5.19mm and the Moto Z Force weighs 163g and measures 155.9 x 75.8 x 6.99mm.
Both Moto Z and Moto Z Force do not have a 3.5mm headphone socket, according to a report from Digital Trends. The two smartphones offer a USB Type-C connection for charging, data and audio.
Magnetic connectors on the back of the two smartphones make them compatible with the Moto Mod accessories.
Both devices feature a 5.5-inch AMOLED screen with a resolution of 2560 x 1440 pixels, BGR reported. The Moto Z smartphone is topped with Gorilla Glass and the Moto Z Force is extra-protected with ShatterShield display.
Both the Motorola devices sport a 5 MP front camera with flash for selfies. However, the Moto Z has a 13-megapixel rear-facing camera with laser autofocus and optical image stabilization. The Moto Z Force sports a 21-megapixel rear-facing camera.
The Moto Z and Moto Z Force have 4GB of RAM and are powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 820 processor.
According to reports, the two Motorola devices will offer 64GB or 32GB of storage and microSD expansion.
The Moto Z packs a 2600mAh battery. The company said that users will get 30 hours of use from it. However, the Moto Z Force packs a 3500mAh battery and users will get 40 hours of use. The two smartphones also offer TurboPower charging.
At present, there is no information on pricing. Several reports indicate that the Moto Z and Moto Z Force smartphones will not release till September (the Moto Z Force is at present an AT&T exclusive).
Meanwhile, various reports indicate that the Chinese smartphone manufacturer Lenovo will release the Vibe K5 in India on June 13, 2016. The Lenovo Vibe K5 will be available through Amazon.
The Vibe K5 sports a 2750mAh battery, dual SIM, TheaterMax, metal body, stereo speakers with Dolby Atmos, 5 megapixel front-facing camera, 13 megapixel rear-facing camera, 16GB expandable storage, 2GB RAM, Qualcomm Snapdragon 415 and 5.0-inch 720p display. On the other hand, the Vibe K5 Plus has Snapdragon 616 and a 1080p display.
