"Better Call Saul" actor Michael Mando joins the cast of "Spider-man: Homecoming" including Michael Keaton, Robert Downey Jr., Donald Glover and Tom Holland. Details of cast and crew have been revealed.

The Sony and Marvel Studio's remake of the movie franchise featuring the web-swinging superhero began shooting this week in Atlanta, as per the reports from Hollywood Reporter.

The big stars of the upcoming movie include Michael Keaton, Marisa Tomei, Zendaya, Robert Downey Jr., Donald Glover and Logan Marshall-Green. American stand-up comedian and actor Hannibal Buress is too joining the cast of "Spider-Man: Homecoming," Yahoo news reports.

Tom Holland, who played will play Peter Parker in Spider-man 2016 will reprise his role in 2017 too, Marisa Tomei will play Aunt May. Michael Keaton is set for the role of a villain. Other actors who have joined the cast include Logan Marshall-Green, Zendaya and Tony Revolori.

The star opposite Ralph Fiennes in "The Grand Budapest Hotel," and Laura Harrier, who appeared on the soap opera "One Life to Live," have also joined the cast is Tony Revolori.

According to sources of Variety that "Prometheus" star Logan Marshall-Green is in talks to join "Spider-Man: Homecoming" in a villainous role while Robert Downey Jr. is set to repeat his role as Tony Stark - aka Iron Man. Zendaya is also on board in a mystery role.

"Clown" and "Cop Car" movies director, Jon Watts will be directing the movie with the star Tom Holland as Peter Parker/Spider-Man in a story that takes the character back to his high-school roots. Jon Watts will direct the movie with Amy Pascal and Kevin Feige producing it. "Vacation" directors John Francis Daley and Jonathan Goldstein wrote the script.

Production is expected to start this summer with the film hitting theaters on July 7, 2017.                     James Gunn, the writer and director of the Guardians films tweeted yesterday: "Many blessings today to the star of Spider-Man: Homecoming, Tom Holland, and the film's director, Jon Watts, I don't think we could pass the Marvel baton to two nicer, better guys who care more about what they're doing. Kill it!"
