The readers of various gossip columns and celebrity news have been reading about Christina Aguilera's relationship status and sexual orientation lately. However, it seems that the singer is happy in the arms of her would-be husband Matthew Rutler.

Aguilera was first linked to Samantha Ronson and Kata Hay during her mentorship days at ''The Voice'' it seems that even though the singer might have had relationships with women in the past. The couple has been engaged for two years, clarified Whodatedwho. They started dating way back in Nov 2010 and after a roller coaster courtship of three years got engaged on Valentine's Day on Feb. 14, 2014. It was reported that Rutler, was her set assistant for her flick ''Burlesque.'' The media was full of stories in Nov. 2010 when the duo was spotted together in LA.

The fairy tale continued and Rutler proposed to Aguilera in February 2014. And along with the announcement of their engagement, the good news of the couple expecting their first child too came up. This was Aguilera's second child and the couple welcomed their baby girl Summer Rain on Aug. 16, 2014.
