Fans were introduced to the new big bad at the end of Season 6. Before the series comes to a close, it is promised to tell one last story and unveil the mystery of Uber A's identity.

In its latest report, Seventeen reports that a Tumblr user named The Outlast suggests Uber A is one of the beloved Rosewood girls Spencer Hastings and she has been dropping subtle hints throughout the series.

According to the website, the first clue hinting at the said possibility is a reference Spencer made in Season 3 to a psycho thriller "Basic Instinct." While talking about the movie, Spencer specifies that how the movie is about an author who writes a murder mystery novel to cover up her own crimes.

Later, in Season 6B, Spencer reveals that Charlotte's murder was committed in a way she described a murder in one of her college assignments. In addition, all the A's have a connection to Radley, where Spencer was also housed for a brief time. She is the only Liar having spent time there.

Outlast reportedly speculates that Spencer may have been adopted from Radley. In the book, Spencer was born through a surrogate.

Other theories suggest Sara Harvey or Alison DiLaurentis could be the ultimate villain. More speculations suggest that Mary Drake or Elliot Rollins could be the Uber A. Wren Kingston, who was last seen in Season 4, is also rumoured to be the possible Uber A.

Meanwhile, "Pretty Little Liars" (PLL) showrunner Marlene King has confirmed the return of Julian Morris' character Wren in Season 7. According to Hollywood Life, King revealed the news when a fan asked her about Wren's appearance.

"Definitely season 7," King confirmed.
