Bobbi Kristina's cousin Jerod Brown recently revealed in an interview 11Alive that Nick Gordon has not been allowed to visit the only daughter of the late Whitney Houston currently on a life support at Emory Hospital.
"Nick is feeling very emotional right now behind all of this. He's pretty torn about what's going on," the cousin said adding that Gordon was pursuing legal means to see Bobbi Kristina.
On the other hand, Gordon made it clear that this is not true in a statement released to People.
In the statement, Gordon's lawyer Randy Kessler said, "In response to reports that Nick Gordon is taking legal action, he would like it to be clear, he is not."
Kessler emphasized that the only concern of Gordon is Bobbi Kristina's recovery and he "remains in constant prayer for his companion and he hopes to be reunited with her soon."
Also, in a statement, Bobby Brown's lawyer Christopher Brown of Brown & Rosen asked the media to stop speaking with "unauthorized members of the family," particularly "Jerod Brown a.k.a. Jerod Carter a.k.a. YF Kennedy."
According to the lawyer of Bobbi Kristina's father, the said unauthorized member of the family must be disregarded as he "continues to make statements and appear on television" without having "any communication with Bobby Brown or the Houston family."
The statement also asked the media to avoid attending "any 'meet and greet' organized by Jerod Brown as he is unable to provide access to Bobbi Kristina or information on her condition."
According to the statement, the side show created by such interviews with the media is unnecessary since it is a criminal investigation.
