The upcoming chapter of "Hunter X Hunter" may probably reveal the death of Melody in the hands of the Nen Beasts. The previous chapter showed unidentified creatures who killed several bodyguards. The incident led to Kurapika investigating the ones responsible for the several counts of murder.
The last chapter revealed two out of the five bodyguards admitted their involvement in the succession war. Although Queen Quito asked Kurapika to kill both the guards, the latter suggested they can spare them to serve as hostages. He also believes the two may be a source of important information that will be useful for them.
Kurapika also suggested to Queen Quito that they can use their hostages to help them escape.
Manga Helpers user Nyan spilled some predictions on the upcoming chapter. In his forum post, the user predicted that upon gaining knowledge of the succession war between the princes, Kurapika will inform his fellow hunters about it. Spoilers also suggest that Kurapika already knew about the Nen beasts and thinks these were the ones who may have unintentionally killed the guards.
It can be recalled from the last chapter that several bodies of some guards were found dead. This ignited Kurapika to investigate on the incident. He even threatened the other bodyguards to tell the truth as he was able to sense some of them were involved in the killings.
Part of the spoilers released at the said forum suggested that Melody will be calling Kurapika to inform him that she encountered an invisible creature which kills people. At the end of the episode, Kurapika will find Melody's body alongside other dead bodies of guards who have been killed by the Nen beast.
Another report pointed out that Kurapika could have already killed Woble upon knowing the existence of the Nen Beast, despite not being sure if the latter is manipulating the said creature, Manga Jumpster reported.
Several news have already reported that the recent comeback of "Hunter X Hunter" in manga will be discontinued again due to another looming hiatus. This means that chapter 361 will be published at a still unknown date.
