The network has released a synopsis for "Pretty Little Liars" (PLL) Season 7 episode 3 on its official website. According to the press release, the Liars attempt to keep Alison safe, who was admitted to a psychiatric hospital recently.

While the Liars are still reeling from the shocking turn of events and Hanna's abduction, they focus on keeping Alison safe, who is being tortured by her Mr. Rollins and has been receiving threats from Uber A.

In episode 3, the liars will a plot a new plan to rescue Alison before they lose another one of their own. However, their plan takes an explosive twist. They reportedly make an "deadly mistake that changes everything."

A promo video for "Pretty Little Liars" (PLL) Season 7 teases the events of episode 3 "The Talented Mr. Rollins." It shows Alison's life is in danger as Dr. Rolling tortures her by forcefully putting a face mask on her as she lies in the hospital bed.

"Ali's life is in danger and it's our fault," Emily says.

"She thinks everyone's out to harm her," Rollins tells Hanna. "It's not paranoia if it's real," Spencer replies.

The girls decide to approach the police. However, they don't have enough evidence. So, they start their own investigation as they rummage through Rollins' belongings. Next shot shows Alison attacking Rollins and manages to escape from the hospital.
