The Pokémon Company is currently busy with 'Pokémon Sun and Moon," which are the latest inclusions to the fan-favorite series. The games were announced earlier this year and they are slated for a release in November.

There have been many updates since the announcement of the two titles. The biggest changes to any Pokémon game are the new additions to its cast, and aficionados are clamoring for more information on the new monsters that will be incorporated to their Pokedex in November. Among the additions is the new Starter Pokémon.

"Pokémon Sun and Moon" starters fall into the same three categories just like the rest in what has become a tradition. The three Starter Pokémon announced back in May include Rowlet, Litten, and Popplio, according to VG247.

Rowlet as the new Starter Pokémon in the Alola region fill the grass-type starter slot. It is like an owl and its ability right now is Overgrow, which is shared with classic Grass starter Bulbasaur. Overgrow allows Grass-type moves twice the power when Rowlet's HP is below one third its maximum.

On the other hand, Litten as another new Starter Pokémon in the Alola region of the Pokémon world fits in the fire starter for "Pokémon Sun and Moon." Litten looks like a kitten and it is categorized as a "Fire Cat Pokémon."

Litten's ability is Blaze, which increases Fire-type moves by 50 percent when Litten's HP falls below a third of its maximum. This Starter Pokémon will as well gain access to Ember as soon as a gamer picks him.

The last Starter Pokémon in the Alola region is Popplio. This Pokémon is classified as a "Seas Lion Pokémon, and he comes packed with the power Torrent.

Torrent is the same as the other starter capabilities in that he comes with the power of water-type Pokémon moves when Popplio's HP is under one third of its maximum. Popplio will master the move Water Gun as soon as a player picks him.

"Pokémon Sun and Moon" is slated to release on Nintendo 3DS on Nov. 18. Preorders are currently available for the games via Amazon. Here is a sneak peek for more information on the upcoming Starter Pokémon:
