Apple's iOS 10 Beta 2 update appears to still have a few bugs and system glitches. A latest report has indicated that some users who had a two-factor authentication set-up have experienced being locked out of their Apple devices.

Some Apple users who downloaded the iOS 10 Beta 2 update have reported an issue that locked them out of their Apple devices. Reddit user AppleBetas posted on Reddit a potential bug where users were unable to log back into their Apple devices, PC Mag reported. AppleBetas and other affected users narrowed the problem down to a likely glitch in Apple's upcoming new system, iOS 10.

AppleBetas noted on Reddit that the only similarity between the Apple users who experienced the said error was their use of the iOS 10 Beta 2. The lock-out problem appears to be a critical issue for users who had enabled Apple's two-factor authentication. Some locked-out Apple users who did not set up a two-factor authentication were able to sign back into their Apple devices.

Reddit users who responded to AppleBetas' post mentioned that they were planning to temporarily disable the said feature until Apple is able to address the said bug. The Cupertino-based company's customer service has also been notified of the issue, according to AppleBetas' Reddit post. It appears that Apple's iForgot function does not work properly with the iOS 10 Beta version specifically with the two-factor authentication enabled, as indicated in the same report.

However, a latest update posted on AppleBetas' Reddit account stated the lock-out issue has already been resolved. It was also noted that Apple's iForgot service has been fixed.

Meanwhile, it appears that the said lock-out problem could be an issue that even non-iOS 10 Beta 2 users have encountered, according to a report posted on Digital Trends. The said problem has also been experienced by some Apple users with an iOS 9.3.2 installed. A similar issue has also been noticed among iOS 9.3.3. Beta users.

Apple is expected to launch iOS 10 sometime in September.
