After a gap of one week, "The Bachelorette" returned to the TV screens and as expected, the episode had enough drama to compensate for the week's absence.
Starting off, JoJo was seen in the Argentine countryside along with the six guys and it was in this beautiful setting that she had to send two guys home. Thus, the program was also a little different. The group date had only one rose up for grabs instead of the individual handovers while the one-on-ones went about in regular fashion.
JoJo's first solo date was with Alex and the poor guy could not save the day despite his effusing praise for the bachelorette. His romantic outpouring proved to be a little too much, according to People. He was sent home and it has to be said that the farewell was a little drawn out.
On the other hand, Luke had a great time and JoJo really seemed to be enjoying his company. Still, the best was reserved for hot favorite Jordan. He and JoJo went to a vineyard and they had fun making wine. But then in a first of its kind, Jordan opened up about his celebrity brother Aaron. And from what he said, it became clear that he does not share much of relationship with the NFL star.
However, the revelation did not have any adverse impact on their bonding and everything was hunky dory in the end. The same feel-good aura was present in the indoor group date too. Everyone was ready to have fun. Though James tried to sabotage Robby's prospects by joking that he is always checking out other women, he was the one who got eliminated.
As for Robby, the topic of his ex-girlfriend and their subsequent breakup in January, according to Bustle, popped up. It did freak out JoJo but he won the group date rose and James was sent home. So, now it leaves Chase, Jordan, Robby and Luke in the game.
The next week's episode will see JoJo going out with the four guys on the hometown dates to meet their parents.
