Selena Gomez' latest photo shoot for V Magazine was slammed by fans via Twitter on Feb. 17, Tuesday. Online scrutiny was flying everywhere since fans call it disturbing and inappropriate. The fans find it inappropriate not only because she is topless but more so is because of her make-up and costumes.
The 22-year-old singer actress was sporting a "Lolita look" style on the latest V Magazine photos. She was wearing nothing but booty shorts and a pair of 80s red loop earrings.
The photo shoot was branded as Lolita style which made her look younger than her age. Gomez looked like a 12-year-old posing like a Disney princess with her little bow on one side of her head, and posing seductively and topless, Daily Mail reported.
Fans reacted to the photos feeling disappointed with the looks of her in those costumes. Tweets keep coming in saying she looked like a toddler.
One comment Tweet goes, "Ummm,,.this is beyond creepy. Not only does she look 12, they styled her like a 12-year-old. The hat and the little bows on her hair while topless, not okay."
A Twitter feed was created and named SelenaGomezWatch stated that the photo shoot has been unanimously branded as disturbing because of her baby face and childish looks.
Gomez posed for the said magazine after she starred at the raunchy movie "Spring Breakers" which stars Jame Franco, Rachel Korine, Ashley Benson, and Vanessa Hudgens.
The sweet-faced singer posed for the cover of V Magazine's Spring 2015 issue, according to Billboard.
