Brock Lesnar has reportedly failed another drug test but many wrestling fans are wondering if he will be suspended by the WWE. According to the latest rumors, Lesnar might have never been tested by the WWE under their Wellness Policy.

The Beast was flagged by the United State Anti-Doping Agency for a second time after testing positive for a banned substance. He is up for a hearing and could face suspension and a really huge fine. However, the question of many wrestling fans is will he be suspended by the WWE?

According to Wrestling Inc, the WWE may have never drug-tested Lesnar since the Wellness Policy was introduced in 2006. He was not part of the WWE from 2004 to 2012 and the company has no such rules during his first tenure from 2000 to 2004.

They pointed out that the Substance Abuse and Drug Testing Policy is only applicable to regular employees that wrestle full-time. Since Lesnar is signed as a part-timer, he is not under that ruling because he only performs several times per year.

It should be noted that WWE chairman Vince McMahon talked about the Wellness Policy in an interview with the United States House of Representatives in 2007. He mentioned that he did not undergo any drug testing despite being a part-time wrestler that year.

McMahon competed in eight matches in 2007 but he was never been drug tested. He added that the Wellness Policy has no age limit. When asked about the USADA violation Lesnar had, the WWE has no response in regards to the drug testing of part-time wrestlers.

Nevertheless, Lesnar is still scheduled to compete at SummerSlam on August 21 against Randy Orton, per WWE's official website. The match is apparently on, but expect the WWE to take more appropriate action after the official USADA ruling.

It has been a bad month for the WWE and its top performers. Roman Reigns was caught using a banned substance, possibly amphetamines, and was suspended for 30 days. He is set to return at Battleground but his Wellness Policy violation was a hard pill to swallow for both sides.

On the other hand, Lesnar's possible violation is bad for both the UFC and the WWE. Still, all sides involve will have to wait for the final ruling and they are certainly hoping for the best.
