WWE superstar Brock Lesnar had a very successful return to mixed martial arts as he defeated top-ten heavyweight contender Mark Hunt via unanimous decision. Many MMA experts and wrestling rumors imply that Lesnar could end up leaving the WWE and go back to fighting full-time.

According to MMA Fighting, Lesnar is still under a deal with the WWE and the UFC. And because he is considered a UFC fighter, the United States Anti-Doping Agency will continue to test him for banned substances. A USADA spokesman confirmed the report and said that Lesnar will be drug tested until he officially retired from the UFC.

However, MMA fans hoping for a full-time comeback for The Beast should not get too excited since the WWE has insisted that his fight at UFC 200 was a one-time thing. But UFC chairman Dana White seems to be optimistic that Vince McMahon will let Lesnar fight again.

No matter what the WWE says, they will benefit from the 39-year-old fighting with the UFC and being a WWE superstar at the same time. He is rumored to have his next fight schedule later this year or early in 2017.

According to What Culture, Lesnar has a contract with the WWE until 2018 but he now has the leverage to ask McMahon about more money. His reported total earning of $8 million for fighting Hunt at UFC 200 is rumored to be bigger than what he earns in a year wrestling.

Nevertheless, he is still a WWE superstar and his next match will be on August 21 at SummerSlam in Brooklyn against Randy Orton. McMahon can offer him a larger deal with a clause that will allow him to fight in the UFC at least once a year. It could work for all parties involve as long as the money is right.

The UFC is transitioning to new ownership and they could become partners with the WWE in the future. Allowing Lesnar to fight inside the Octagon may lead to the UFC lending some of its MMA fighters who are wrestling fans such as Ronda Rousey and Conor McGregor.

It would be a great deal for both sides but these are just speculations at this point. However, Rousey appearing at WrestleMania 31 and Lesnar fighting at UFC 200 was a great start of a working relationship between the two companies.
