"Twilight" star Kristen Stewart recently slammed rumors that she's interested in getting back together with her ex-boyfriend Robert Pattinson.
According to Hof Mag, the actress opened up about the love story in the movie "Equals" and admitted that it resonated with her previous relationship.
"You place yourself in that feeling that maybe you have had before. It is the most visceral, intense, overwhelming feeling - so when it is really great, it is epically great, and when it is really bad, it is especially bad," she said.
Even though Stewart didn't exactly drop Pattinson's name during the interview, fans believe that the actress was referring to the latter.
After all, Stewart previously confirmed during another interview that she suffered through depression when she broke up with Pattinson.
Meanwhile, there's really no truth to the rumors that Stewart is interested in dating Pattinson again especially now that the latter is no longer engaged to FKA Twigs.
According to Celeb Dirty Laundry, Stewart was recently spotted making out with her ex-girlfriend Alicia Cargile during one of their outings.
Back in April, Stewart ended her relationship with Cargile to get into a short relationship with French musician SoKo.
Now that Stewart and SoKo are no longer seeing each other, it seems that the actress can now get back together with Cargile.
In other news, Pattinson will reportedly star in the movie "Damsel." In the film, he will be playing the role of a man who is chasing after the woman of his dreams.
Pattinson will be starring alongside David and Nathan Zellner, as well as Mia Wasikowsko. The latter will give life to Pattinson's character's leading lady.
The production for "Damsel" has already started, and it is more than enough to keep Pattinson busy especially in the wake of his split from Twigs.
Pattinson and Twigs were supposed to get married in the next couple of months. However, their on-and-off relationship has gotten the best of the both of them.
Chances are, the estranged couple will get back together again in the near future.
