The new episode of "Naruto Shippuden" episode 469 will showcase Team 7 in their appearances.
"There is only one S-rank mission that we can do, ya know? Nothing good happened and we messed up before, but it is a mission that only we can do! This is getting interesting... I am getting kind of excited for this! Next time on 'Naruto Shippuden': 'A Special Mission'," reads the translation of "Naruto Shippuden" episode 469 preview trailer.
This episode also marks the last episode for the month of July this year. On July 14, "Naruto Shippuden" episode 467 titled "Ashura's Decision" was not aired.
Meanwhile, in the previous episodes, Hagormo decides that his successor would be Ashura. The Sage of Six Paths declares that Ashura being able to inspire others to work as a unit and encourage them to build the irrigation system together.
After, Hagoromo announces that Ashura is the successor, Indra, filled with anger, kills his two friends closest to him. His Sharingan evolves and starts to attack the village. But, Indra is not par with his brother. Indra has Complete Body Susano'o but he still cannot match the powers of Ashura. Ashura is able to awaken his Six Paths Chakra as his clansmen and friends help him. Indra is defeated and he leaves the village to start a sect of Ninshu.
Later, Indra visits dying Hagoromo and tells him that he wants to undo everything Ashura and he have worked for. Indra declares that he would continue to reincarnate until his mission is complete. Ashura tells his father that he will reincarnate to stop Indra as many times needed.
