Fans know that Chase McNary was eliminated by JoJo Fletcher during their overnight date. The 27-year-old bachelor is now being considered to take the lead in "The Bachelor" 2017, which will give him a second chance at finding love.

"The discussions are there," the medical sales rep from Colorado confirmed in an interview with Entertainment Tonight. However, he does not seem very thrilled about the opportunity yet.

"But I don't know - there's a lot of weight there." He added. "There [are] a lot of expectations, and I'm not scared of it ... but I definitely want to make the smart decision and the right decision before I totally accept that position."

He has some reservations about dating 25 women at one time and opening up to them.

McNary is not the only one in the running for "The Bachelor" Season 21. Luke Pell, the 31-year-old war veteran from Texas is willing to lead the show and give away roses next season.

"It's a possibility," Pell said. "I definitely would not pass on it!"

Pell assures if he becomes the bachelor, the audience will see a "different side of him."

"Hopefully I would be a fun Bachelor!" he said. "That's the part of me [people] didn't get to see on this show. A lot of my stories are so intense and deep about my military background ... but I love to have fun."

As for Fletcher, she thinks Pell and McNary, both are "extremely good-looking, but besides that they are great guys."

Speculations are already running rampant. However, fans will have to wait until finale to find out who will lead "The Bachelor" 2017.

In the meantime, let us know who you want to see as the leading man of Season 21. Do you think who among Pell or McNary will make the perfect bachelor?

It must be noted that either Jordan Rodgers or Robby Hayes will be joining Pell and McNary as a candidate to become the next bachelor after "The Bachelorette" Season 12 (2016) finale airing on Aug. 1. Like Fletcher, this year's second runner-up may even get a second chance at finding love.
