The ending of the previous instalment of "Fast and Furious" concluded that Paul Walker's character would no longer be part of the upcoming "Fast 8." Although it has been almost a year since the actor passed away, his name is still on headlines due to unpleasant issues.

According to Mobile N Apps, the actor's camp decided to file a case against one of Walker's workers, who allegedly took 30 cars from the actor's warehouse without anyone's consent. What boggled the minds of people that were truly close to the actor is the fact that Richard Taylor decided to pull out those cars a day before Walker's untimely death.

The case was filed almost a year ago, and just recently, Los Angeles Supreme Court decided to dismiss the case against Taylor in order to give the actor's family some kind of relief and peace of mind.

A lot of people were shocked with the court's decision, but during an interview with one of the family's attorney's, he stated that the family decided to settle everything. "It was settled amicably and one of the conditions is that we're getting things back," Walker's representative stated.

Reports indicate that the settlement urges Taylor to give "monetary compensation" for the overall value of the cars that he had stolen.

In other news, "Fast 8" just recently celebrated their halfway mark in production. To honor the remarkable milestone, Vin Diesel, alongside with the film's director F. Gary Gary, decided to release a sneak peek for the fans.

According to Comic book, the behind-the-scenes clips that were released include a lot of "Fast 8" action scenes plus car chases that fans wouldn't want to miss.

Diesel stated that the upcoming "Fast 8" would not only serve as a tribute to the late Paul Walker but also for their fans who stood by their side since day 1. Diesel even said "It's really remarkable to see everyone with so much desire to make something that honors all the fans that have been so loyal to the franchise for so long."

The actor is currently filming alongside with some old cast members and a lot of fresh faces that includes Michelle Rodriguez, Jordana Brewster, Dwayne Johnson, Tyrese Gibson, Ludacris, Nathalie Emmanuel, Kurt Russell, Lucas Black, Jason Statham, Charlize Theron and Helen Mirren.

"Fast and Furious 8" is set to premiere on April 14, 2017.
