"Dancing with the Stars" Season 21 champion Bindi Irwin expressed her admiration of Ariel Winter in promoting body confidence. The "Modern Family" star Winter encouraged young girls to "love who they are."

"We follow each other on Instagram and Twitter and she's an amazing person," Bindi told Entertainment Tonight prior to her 18th birthday on July 24. "I love her so much because she has got to be one of the strongest women that I know...she's a girl with a message!"

The Australian actress and TV personality appreciates Winter's message of body confidence and her commitment in inspiring young girls to love themselves. She believes it is important as many girls try to be like those they think are ideal, and live up to that. However, beauty is an individual thought and girls should love who they are regardless of how they look.

Bindi believes that Winter's concept is not only for girls, but even for young men. A lot of guys also try to fit in that ideal stuff but they just have to be true to who they are. She further explained why it is important for one to be grateful with his or her own body.

"We all have to..be thankful for the bodies that we've been given because our bodies, they carry our souls!" she said. "So we have to love them and take care of them, and I love that Ariel Winter is just so involved with preaching...just love whatever body you've been given."

Bindi lost her father Steve Irwin when she was a child. Nevertheless, she still has a positive outlook on life.

Meanwhile, Winter has been observed lately to be flaunting what she got. She has been spotted baring her butt with tiny shorts in Los Angeles this week while meeting her friends for lunch, News.com.au reported.

The 18-year-old looked relaxed with a low-cut white shirt, not scared of having his bottom cheeks peaking out from really short denim shorts. She has also been pictured with a similar type of shorts which she paired with fashionable boots in a night in LA. The shorts revealed some skin when she climbed into the car at the end of the night.

Here's a clip of Irwin's praise for Winter.
