In the next episode of "Dragon Ball Super," it is believed that Zamasu may cooperate with Black Goku in order to defeat Goku and friends and wipe out the entire mankind. Meanwhile, it was showed last episode that Trunks will be heavily trained by his father Vegeta. The events now point to the idea that Trunks is the Saiayan inheritor being pinpointed in episode 54's title.
Episode 54 is entitled, "He Who Carries Saiyan Blood: Trunk's Determination." When episode 53 featured how powerful Supreme Kai Zamasu could be during his match with Son Goku, the latter then realized Zamasu could be as powerful as Black Goku. He then encourages Trunks at the end of last episode to train well as they are going to defeat the said nemesis.
On the other hand, when Goku finally faced Zamasu, the episode showed the latter carries a good heart but despises humans as he is seeing them as creatures with no discipline that causes wars and never learn from their mistakes. He even realized humans can be dangerous as well after fighting Son Goku.
The last episode also featured that from Zamasu's point of view, Son Goku can be very much a threat for the other supreme Kai's as the latter can go against the level of their power. Given this angle, it may be possible that Zamasu who completely understands humans may end up despising them more which can lead to him, teaming up with Black Goku.
Meanwhile, some users from a discussion thread at Kazenshuu are thinking the green-looking creature may end up being a good guy to Goku and friends, while others speculate he becomes another villain who ends up going against them.
For other users, they are just seeing the newly-introduced character as a Kai who has great anger for humans, while another is intrigued by Zamasu and his old Kai master. More details are expected to be revealed once the upcoming episode airs. "Dragon Ball Super" episode 54 airs on Aug. 7, Sunday at Fuji TV, according to Parent Herald.
