Many wrestling fans are wondering what the WWE Universal Championship looks like ever since it was announced as Monday Night Raw's brand exclusive world title. According to several reports, there are a couple of designs that have already leaked online and one could be the official Universal Title.
The first design that was leaked last week has been confirmed as a fan-made design but it looked amazing, FanSided reported. A fan asked Dave Meltzer of The Wrestling Observer if the design was legitimate and he answered that it was a redesigned WWE Winged Eagle championship belt.

The WWE Winged Eagle title belt was introduced in 1988 and Hulk Hogan was the first superstar to hold it. It's a historical belt that will bring nostalgia to old wrestling fans but the WWE decided to introduce a new championship.
Some fans were also clamoring for the return of the World Heavyweight Championship or also known as the Big Gold Belt. However, its design was originally from the National Wrestling Alliance and prominently with the World Championship Wrestling.
On the other hand, the second belt design that was leaked came from a Reddit user named Da Belt Guy. The user claimed that the WWE Universal Championship will have the same design as the WWE World Championship from SmackDown Live.
The only differences in the design are the colors, and the words universal and world. For the WWE Universal Championship, it will have a red design because of being exclusive to Raw. As for SmackDown, it will have a tint of blue.
It should be noted that these are just speculations at the moment and the WWE has not confirmed the official design of the Universal championship. The company may wait until WWE SummerSlam 2016 for the reveal or the last Raw before the event.
Nevertheless, it will be a historical SummerSlam since either Finn Balor or Seth Rollins is going to become the first-ever WWE Universal champion. WWE SummerSlam 2016 will be on August 21 at the Barclays Center in Brooklyn, New York.
