Ryu Hwa Young has weighed in on her kissing scene with "Age of Youth" cast member Han Seung Yeon, and how it compares to her previous kiss scene with Lee Seung Gi.

The former T-ara group member was candid during the press conference for the JTBC drama "Age of Youth" held on Thursday, Aug. 4. The drama tells the story of five young women who all live in the same house while they experience various life challenges during their college years. In one of the episodes, Ryu who portrays Kang Yi Na gives Han's character Jung Ye Eun a kiss after a tense encounter.

The singer turned actress jokingly described the kiss scene with Han as "moist and nice," allkpop reported. Ryu even teased that she is looking forward to having similar kissing scenes in the future. The former girl group member also recounted her first on-screen kiss with Hallyu star Lee.

Ryu mentioned that she shared her first kiss scene in "Love Forecast" with the said actor. She also compared her kiss scenes with the two Korean stars. Ryu jokingly stated that she enjoyed her on-screen kiss with Han versus her kissing scene with Lee.

Han also shared her thoughts about her "Age of Youth" kiss scene with Ryu. She explained that an on-screen kiss with a female co-star was something that the actress knew could potentially happen when she first started her acting career. However, she shared that she did not expect the said scene to happen so soon.

She also recalled how the JTBC drama's director had asked for a long and intense kiss scene between herself and Ryu. Han mentioned that she was able to display a good reaction during the said scene given her co-star's acting.

In other news, the Korean actor Lee is currently serving his mandatory two-year military service. He enlisted on February and has been assigned as a Special Forces soldier at South Korea's Special Warfare Command. The actor's former "2 Days & 1 Night" producing director Na Young Suk has recently visited Lee and shared a quick update about the actor, Soompi reported.

Producing director Na revealed that the actor has been doing well in the army and how he looks good in his uniform. He also stated that Lee has been keeping himself healthy and even commented on the Korean celebrity's fit and toned body. However, avid fans would have to wait until next year to see more of Lee given his expected discharge from the military in October 2017.
