Sources reveal that the young stars have been flirting with each other while filming. A source even reveal that "there's a real connection" between Garfield and Johnson. Although they have officially began filming yet, report says that they interacted during read-throughs and screen tests and the two have grown incredibly close.

The source adds that Garfield and Johnson already share inside jokes and have been in constant communication through phone calls and video chat.

On the other hand, the "Fifty Shades of Grey" star is also very single, having broken up with boyfriend Matthew Hitt shortly after filming for the book-to-movie adaptation. A source revealed that Hitt hated that Johnson took the sexy project, and even hated it more when dating rumors of Johnson and co-star Jamie Dornan began to swirl.

Meanwhile, in October 2015, Garfield and Stone ended their three-year relationship, with an insider saying that things "just wasn't working" between the former couple. The duo first met on the set of "The Amazing Spider-Man," in which Stone played Gwen Stacey, love interest to Garfield's Peter Parker.

"They still have a lot of love for one another and they are on good terms with each another and remain close," an insider told Us Weekly.

Most recently, Stone was rumored to be dating Austin Stowell, former boyfriend of "The Vampire Diaries" alum Nina Dobrev. Both are set to star in the movie "Battle of the Sexes," in which they are playing husband and wife.

"They have the same sense of humor and are constantly teasing each other in between takes about how sexy they look in the funky 1970s-inspired get-ups they have to wear," an insider said about Stone and Stowell's rumored relationship.
