SBS' popular series "Doctors," also known as "Doctor Crush" is set to air its final episodes this week. After a brief hiatus, the show will air episodes 18 & 19 on Aug. 22, followed by the finale (episode 20) on Aug. 23. Here are the spoilers for the upcoming segments of the series starring Kim Rae-won (Hong Ji-hong), Park Shin-hye (Yoo Hye-jung), Yoon Kyun-sang (Jung Yoon-do), and Lee Sung-kyung (Jin Seo-woo). Read on to find out what happens next.

The previous episode saw Hye-jung digging deeper to find the truth about her grandmother's death. Fans saw a glimpse of what happened on the day of Grandma's surgery and how she lost her life while Chief Kim was operating on her. Meanwhile, Hye-jung was suspended for a month. At the same time, the show focussed on Kang-soo, who collapsed in the hospital. Doctors recommended surgery to treat his condition. The surgery went well and he is doing fine now.
In an unexpected twist, Ji-hong revealed the deal Chief Kim made in exchange of Grandma's anaesthesia records. As for Myung-hoon, he is far from being apologetic of what he did to Hye-jung's grandmother. Hye-jung is determined to take the revenge and do whatever it takes to punish the monster. However, Ji-hong is not very happy with Hye-jung's response. He tries to talk her out and tell her to focus on other things rather than letting it consume his life.
Moving on to "Doctors" episode 18 & 19 that will go on air in the finale week. The upcoming segments is expected to pick up from where the show left off in episode 17. It is expected to reveal what Hye-jung's next move would be. Will she give into her desire for revenge or do as Ji-hong advised her to do?
The network has released a promo video for "Doctors" upcoming episodes. It gives the glimpse of what's happening in the hospital. Ji-hong tells the husband of the pregnant woman in coma that he wants to take the patient off the respirator.
"Do you want to kill my wife the easy way? I want my wife to die easily," the teary-eyed husband responds.
The next shot shows Hye-jung reading some papers that makes her suspicious of Ji-hong's family's involvement in what happened in the past with her family.
"Was there something (bad) between you and my dad?" Hye-jung asks Ji-hong.
Next scene shows Ji-hong rummaging through the stuff in his office. It seems there is something wrong with the slush funds.
"If we just find the contents/details of the slush funds, this tedious fight will also end," Ji-hong says in the promo.
The promo for "Doctor Crush" episode 18 ends with Ji-hong hugging Hye-jong from the back and asking her to stop. But Hye-jung doesn't seem too happy with Ji-hong's gesture.
"Doctors" episode 18 and 19 will air back-to-back on Monday and the finale (episode 20) will go on air on Tuesday on SBS. Stay tuned for more spoilers and updates.
