Daniel Bryan has been in the WWE long enough to know that the storylines are a bargaining chip. With the brand wars now happening, he foresees a “Game of Thrones” type of an atmosphere that will add to the colors of Raw and Smackdown.

Bryan made the comparison in an inteview with FanSided but has been with the WWE to know how it works. That includes the protagonists who headline the scripts made by the WWE creative team and executing them to hit well with the fans.

The “Game of Thrones” comparison is explained in detail by Bryan. He points out how every character and segment is unique. Similar to how the WWE stars are expected to carry that out, it all boils down to how they can build the climaxes until the very end. The comparison could be debatable to some but as far as Bryan is concerned, this is how he sees it.

Aside from the rigors of trying to survive the brand wars and helping SmackDown stand out, Bryan has been keeping tabs of other things. Most popular of which is that dish by Conor McGregor which seems to have gotten the goat of other WWE stars.

Like most, he believes that McGregor’s jab was nothing more than a publicity stunt. He technically concurs with the sentiments of Seth Rollins, though both wouldn’t mind seeing Conor McGregor in the WWE ring if he dares, Wrestlingnews.co reported.

Bryan also weighed in on the Dean Ambrose vs. Dolph Ziggler match for WWE SummerSlam 2016 and touched more on how the latter could ‘steal the show’. He wants it to be a match that many would remember.

With other exciting cards, the Ambrose vs. Ziggler match was nothing out of the ordinary. Both did fight aggressively but paled in comparison to other matches at the Barclays Center.

Bryan is likely aware of the impact of that match and may try to whip up something to make up for it. All that should evolve when WWE SmackDown airs this Tuesday.

Speaking of Conor McGregor, Brock Lesnar makes his own dish at the UFC featherweight champion in the video below.
