"Girl Meets World" star Sabrina Carpenter recently opened up about the possible renewal or cancellation of the hit Disney Channel TV show for season 4.

While speaking with Seventeen magazine, the actress denied the rumors that the show will end soon. In fact, Carpenter also said that there's no truth to the rumors saying that she and her co-stars don't get along well.

"I don't understand why that's the motive for people. It's so much easier, I guess, to spread hate. I think the most important thing is that we all know we love each other. And everyone within our set is a family. We trust each other. And if there's anything going on... you work it out. We're with each other on our good days and our bad days and it's really nice to know that you have people that understand, especially in this industry, what you're going through... We're all just accepting," she said.

Meanwhile, Carpenter also talked about the controversial love triangle storyline that took center stage in season 3. In the previous episodes, Lucas (Peyton Meyer) made a decision to be with Riley (Rowan Blanchard) over Maya (Carpenter). After he made up his mind, Maya revealed that she didn't really have feelings for Lucas. Rather, she just wanted to test how loyal he would be to her best friend.

Some fans didn't like this storyline because Maya suddenly saying she doesn't have true feelings for Lucas seemed like she was bitter over his choice. However, Carpenter said that she was very happy with how the love triangle storyline was resolved.

"I've graduated! I am donezo! No, I'm super, super happy and I think they resolved it in a way that we're very happy with and our writers are very happy with. We hope the audience is, too," she said.

In other news, Carpenter will be releasing her second album very soon. In March, she released one of the tracks from the sophomore album entitled, "Smoke & Fire."

"Girl Meets World" season 3 airs Fridays at 8:30 p.m. ET on Disney Channel.
