The latest details and possible spoilers for "One Punch Man" season 2 will feature an October released date and will the anime show air after its season 1 English dub.
Several rumors are making rounds about the possible release date for "One Punch Man" season 2 as manga creator Yusuke Murata offered a new update for the anime series as he is working extra hard to make the second season possible and to have a early release date.
Murata confirmed that he and his team are at the first phase of the production and they are already updating the source materials for the anime, but there not details regarding what storyline will it be based on.
While the official release date of "One Punch" season 2 is still unknown, there are several speculations that the intended release of the anime is on October this year, while some are stated that it could be in the early months of 2017.
Murata explained that he is working several sketches, inked pages and storyboards for almost 10 hours straight every day, which will likely finish in haft a year leading to the October release, The Christian Post reported.
Meanwhile, there is another speculation that season 2 of "One Punch Man" could air right after the season 1 English dub of the anime, which is currently on Adult Swm, GameNGuide reported.
Previous reports stated that season 2's release date will likely happen depending on the English dub version's success in the ratings. A high viewership for the English-dubbed season 1 is already a given and both the manga and the series have created a solid fan base all over the world.
"One Punch Man" season 2 will feature more than 12 episodes and Saitama will face not one but three main villains in its sophomore season such as Garou, Amai Mask and Lord Boros.
The plot of season 2 will feature Saitama's first encounter with Garou in the "Hero Hunt" arc and a civil war like storyline involving the Hero Association and the Hero Hunters with both Saitama and Genos caught in the middle of the conflict.
Anime fans will be expecting more information of "One Punch Man" season 2 soon.
