Jennifer Garner and Ben Affleck are rumored to have gotten back together after the couple was spotted celebrating the actor's birthday together.
According to US Weekly, Garner and Affleck spent some quality time with their three children at Montana's Yellowstone Club on Aug. 15. On that day, Affleck turned 44.
"There was a cake and they did the usual stuff: hiking and playing outside. They wanted to be together as a family," a source told the publication.
Meanwhile, this is not the first time that Garner and Affleck went to the Yellowstone Club. Last year, they also vacationed in the place and went back to their home with Tom Brady and Gisele Bündchen.
Unfortunately, it seems that Garner and Affleck only spent some time together for the sake of their children, Violet, 10, Seraphina, 7, and Samuel, 4. The source said that the doting separates slept in separate rooms. "They didn't sleep in the same room. And they are not getting back together," the source said.
Last year, Garner and Affleck released a joint statement announcing their decision to go their separate ways. "After much thought and careful consideration, we have made the difficult decision to divorce. We go forward with love and friendship for one another and a commitment to co-parenting our children, whose privacy we ask to be respected during this difficult time."
At that time, there were rumors that Affleck cheated on Garner with their nanny Christine Ouzounian. At first, the actor denied the allegations, but Garner opened up about it during her interview with Vanity Fair (via Mirror UK).
"Let me just tell you something. We had been separated for months before I ever heard about the nanny. She had nothing to do with our decision to divorce. She was not a part of the equation," Garner clarified.
Also at that time, Garner said that she and Affleck will never get back together no matter how many years pass by.
Two months after their decision to split, Garner and Affleck reunited to celebrate the actor's 43rd birthday at Universal Studios Orlando, Florida.
