Avid viewers may recall how Oh suddenly found herself submerged underwater where Kang Chul's seemingly lifeless body lay floating. The scene was featured in the sixth episode of the MBC series that aired in early August. The said scene also prompted Han's Oh to try her hand at drawing cartoon panels for her father's webtoon to save Lee's character.

The MBC drama tells the unique story of Han and Lee's characters who each reside in two different worlds. Lee's Kang is a protagonist in a webtoon created by Oh's father, while Han's character is a doctor who mysteriously gets drawn back and forth from the webtoon universe and the real world.

Meanwhile, the South Korean actress has indicated that despite the "tough" filming conditions, she also had fun completing the underwater sequence for the drama, as indicated in the same report. Han also complimented the MBC drama's production team for their hard work. She even revealed that filming her underwater sequence took the whole day to shoot.

In other news, one of the shirts that Lee wore in a previous "W" episode has caught the attention of avid fans. In episode 11 that aired on Aug. 25, Lee wore a short-sleeved black shirt with the words "My Will is Good" printed on the front.

Some of the actor's fans noticed that the shirt was one of the designs that were previously sold during a campaign to end child abuse, allkpop reported. Lee is said to have been one of the supporters of the said campaign. The proceeds of the t-shirt sale were donated to the "Save the Children" organization.
