Speculations were swirling around for a while about the impending finale of "Pretty Little Liars" and now it is finally coming to an end as an official announcement has been made.
"Pretty Little Liars" creator, I. Marlene King broke the news in a Facebook live broadcast, E! News reported. She made the announcement from the sets of the show, where the filming is going on for the final batch of episodes. In a statement, she said that it will be hard to bid goodbye to the fans but she is excited as they will finally get the answers to their questions.
Lucy Hale aka Aria said that she is glad that she could share the news. She stated that all good things must come to an end and added that the last 10 episodes are pretty crazy. Notably, King had hinted about the show's end previously too but now the group has confirmed it. However, it is not ending so soon.
The second half of the seventh season will premiere next year in April and the finale will be a mega episode of two hours. What is more, as soon as "Pretty Little Liars" comes to an end, King's new show "Famous in Love" will make its debut.
This is truly a great news but PLL will not wrap up without a death as has been teased by the brief synopsis, provided by Freeform, Bustle claimed. While many run the risk of dying, some characters are higher up on the hit list. Toby is at highest risk and the season 7A finale promo gives out some evidence too.
His kiss with Spencer looks like a goodbye kiss and since Jenna is holding a gun, future looks dark for him and he may be the fatality the synopsis has hinted at. Hanna's status is also precarious, especially after her kidnapping. She is fiercely protective of the liars and it would not be a surprise if we see her sacrificing herself to save them.
Noel might also be the casualty if he refuses to carry out Jenna's commands. Mary and Yvonne too have bleak chances but they fade in comparison to the three.
