Lady Gaga's Oscars dress has been made by 25 people in 1,600 hours.

The singer wore three dresses at the 87th Academy Awards at Dolby Theater in Los Angeles, Calif., one of which drew public attention is an Azzedine Alaia gown for her mayjah evening, MTV reported.

Vogue had a conversation with Lady Gaga and her stylist Brandon Maxwell before the show, where the singer revealed that the dress was "a process that required a team of 25 people, working for two weeks."

Lady Gaga's Oscar dress was paired with a stunning silver shoes as shown in the Instagram photo posted by Maxwell.

The 28-year-old singer also posted an Instagram photo on Feb. 22, Sunday, showing herself wearing the said gown with a caption, "I will never forget tonight. #Oscars thank you Azzedine Alaia for this stunning piece. I Took 1600 hrs of embroidery and 25 people in Paris, he's never before made a dress for the Oscars. What an honor."

"Chicago Fire" star Taylor Kinney's fiancee also showed gratitude to Lorraine Schwarts for her killer pear shaped diamonds, as well as her makeup and hair by Frederic Aspiras and Sarah Nicole Tanno.

Meanwhile, the producer of "Grey's Anatomy" Shonda Rhimes was not pleased with Lady Gaga's performance of the "Sound of Music."

Rhimes wrote on her Twitter: "That was not okay. I mean, Idina is there. Oh dear God, Julie had to hear that."

According to Yahoo, despite the criticism, the singer has received good feedback from the entertainment industry, including Bette Midler, Steve Martin and Ellen DeGeneres who congratulate her for her rendition of the song.
