Lady Gaga has been widely lauded for her "Sound of Music" performance at the Oscar Awards 2015, but not everyone is impressed. Shonda Rhimes, the creator and showrunner of popular ABC dramas "Scandal" and "Grey's Anatomy," slammed the Oscars 2015 number on Twitter.

"That was not okay.  I mean, Idina [Menzel] is there.  She is right there.  Right there. [all caps]  And oh dear God, Julie had to hear that," Shonda Rhimes tweeted. The ABC showrunner's reaction was a "favorite" of almost a thousand Twitter users.

The legendary Julie Andrews went up the Oscars 2015 stage and gave Lady Gaga a hug after her performance. She said the music star's performance was a "wonderful tribute" that warmed her heart.

"Lady Gaga performance??? Everyone thought it was amazing," Twitter user @NormanGoldenll replied to the Shondaland executive's post.

"Idina sang last year and as much as I love her, she has not been hitting her live notes consistently," replied @alldaymicg.

"Julie Andrews liked it and that's all that matters because she's Julie Andrews," tweeted @silveranswer.

Lady Gaga has not reacted to Rhimes' criticism on her own Twitter account, which has over 44 million followers. She did, however, retweeted what Ellen DeGeneres said about her Oscars 2015 number.

"@LadyGaga made me want to climb a mountain. She also made me want to ford every stream and I don't even know what that means. #Oscars2015," DeGeneres tweeted.

Also, Lady Gaga retweeted a photo of  Andrews hugging her at the celebrated event on her Twitter account. The photo is a "favorite" of almost 40 thousand users.
