The hit Korean drama "W - Two Worlds" has captivated viewers with its gripping storyline and interesting characters. The latest behind-the-scenes photos from the MBC series has shown how Lee Jong Suk prepares himself when filming one of the intense scenes for the drama.

Lee's fantasy, suspense and romantic drama "W" has been one of the popular TV series in South Korea. The drama features the challenges of characters set in two worlds where one is the real world and the other a webtoon universe. The MBC series is nearing its final chapter and recent episodes have shown intense scenes between Lee's webtoon character Kang Chul and co-star Han Hyo Joo's Oh Yeon Joo.

The photo stills posted on Soompi has featured a look at the South Korean actor's dedication in conveying the varied emotions needed for an intense scene. In the said scene, Lee's Kang lay bleeding on a bed while Han's character looked after him. Avid viewers may recall that Kang was shot in episode 10 that aired on Aug. 24. Han's Oh tried to help the webtoon protagonist by bringing the injured Kang to an inconspicuous looking motel to tend to his wound.

In the behind-the-scenes images for the said episode, Lee was photographed with a serious look on his face as he maintained his focus during the shoot. He has also displayed a myriad of emotions in the said scene given his character's inability to move due to the gunshot wound.

A source from the production company Green Snake Media has also applauded Lee's acting abilities, as indicated in the same report. The said source described the Korean star as a "clever actor" given his ability to effectively portray Kang's conflicts and challenges. Lee has also been commended for the way that he handled the drama's difficult scenes.

The actor has also given the same care and attention when dealing with kiss scenes with his co-star Han. In an interview with High Cut magazine, Lee shared that he did some research on how to handle the MBC drama's "handcuff" kiss sequence, allkpop reported. He revealed that he studied where to place his hands and angle his head during the said scene given Han's handcuffed hands.

Fans can see more of Lee and Han's chemistry in "W - Two Worlds" that airs every Wednesday and Tuesday on MBC.
