Recent reports suggest the iPhone 7 box would contain lightning earpods and a lightning to headphone jack adapter. This is expected to solve the impending removal of the 3.5-mm headphone jack, which had majority of fans disappointed since the rumors broke.

As the September event for Apple's announcement of the iPhone 7 draws near, rounds of features and specifications are being confirmed little by little. Since the anticipation for the upcoming flagship device started, Apple fans began speculating the 3.5-mm headphone jack will be removed.

This has received several reactions from fans, some dismayed, while some overjoyed. Since then, the anticipation has not died down. A recent report from Nowwhereelse leaked details of iPhone 7's packaging insert which shows what its box would be including.

According to the leakage, the larger iPhone 7 would be called "iPhone 7 Plus," while the smaller version would be dubbed as "iPhone 7," following the naming scheme Apple has been adapting for years now. Aside from the confirmation of the phone's name, a printed text suggests the box would contain a Lightning EarPods for every iPhone 7 and iPhone 7 Plus.

It is expected the headset would be similar to the current earpods except for the connector end. Apple has been using the same design for its devices since 2001, and if the rumors about the headphone jack removal were true, this would be the first time the Cupertino-based company would be deviating from its usual design.

In light of the headphone jack's removal, the box will also contain a lightning to 3.5-mm headphone jack adapter according to the same leaked image.

On the other hand, a separate report justified how the rumored dual camera of the iPhone 7 would work. KGI securities analyst Ming-Chi Kuo explained the dual camera for the 5.5-inch variant of the next generation iPhone would be used for both zoom and "light field camera applications."

In simpler terms, this means it may be used for "after-shot refocusing," Engadget reported. The report added Apple would be including higher-quality lenses that would allow production of more natural colors in low-light photos.
