Broken Matt Hardy has caught the attention of the wrestling community with his former employers and colleagues in the WWE possibly taking notice. Even Monday Night Raw general manager Mick Foley promoted the "Delete or Decay" Match on Twitter but it was just an accident.

Nevertheless, it will create a lot of rumors about a possible return by Matt and Jeff Hardy to the WWE, possibly next year. There were several reports before the WWE Draft that the company has been in contact with former talents including Jeff, who goes by the name Brother Nero at the moment.

It should be noted that Foley's real name is Michael Francis that is why Matt responded with that. Foley also previously worked for TNA before coming back to the WWE full time and getting inducted into the Hall of Fame.

The Hardys has been featured in several surveys and YouTube videos this year which means they are likely making their return to the WWE. Both are still under contract with TNA but they are free to sign next year.

Broken Matt and Brother Nero have both expressed their desire to come back and sign with the WWE once again. In a recent interview with Sports Illustrated, the older Hardy brother revealed that he is open to fighting Bray Wyatt in a WWE ring.

"I would love, one day down that road, to show up in WWE and have a match with the Bray Wyatt. I would love to bring him to my battlefield and delete him. That would be my honor," Broken Matt said.

On the other hand, Jeff told LA Weekly in an interview that his dream match is against The Undertaker in a Hell in a Cell Match at WresteMania. He also wants to end his career in the WWE and his contract with TNA expires in 2017.

"Man, I want to Swanton off the top of the cell, onto the commentary table. Then, I want to climb the cell, cut the fucking cage, when 'Taker's back in the ring, and Swanton through the cage, miss, and then Tombstone 1-2-3," Jeff said.

However, several reports indicate that there are roadblocks to the return of the Hardys in the WWE. They would love to earn as much as possible and Jeff's substance abuse history are a big problem. They are also past their primes but people would buy tickets to see them on their final run with the WWE.
