Liverpool is one of this season's favorite teams to win the Premier League title as head coach Jürgen Klopp worked the team's roster to his preference during the recent summer transfer window.

Now, the Reds are regularly battling in a 4-3-3 formation with three of the top gunners in England up front, namely newcomer Sadio Mané, Roberto Firmino, and Philippe Coutinho.

Former Newcastle United midfielder Georginio Wijnaldum is now also a regular part of Klopp's starting midfield with Adam Lallana and team captain Jordan Henderson.

As of the first three games of the term, Klopp has only had moderate success with the said lineup, having one win, one loss, and a draw, as the players adjust to their new-found roles.

Their last match was a sorry 1-1 draw with fellow contending squad Tottenham Hotspur at the White Hart Lane on Aug. 27, as per the Daily Express.

Vice-captain James Milner scored the opening goal with a penalty kick at the 43rd minute to give the Reds a 1-0, but Spurs defender Danny Rose managed to find the equalizer at the 72nd to salvage the tie and a share of a point in the overall standings for both squads.

Meanwhile, Leicester City is also having a shaky start to the season with the same record as the Reds.

The Foxes opened the term with an embarrassing 1-2 defeat to newly-promoted side Hull City before settling for a goalless draw with last season's runners-up Arsenal.

Head coach Claudio Ranieri's side finally earned their first win during the last matchday with a 2-1 nipping of Swansea City at the King Power Stadium also on Aug. 27, Sports Mole reported.

Striker Jamie Vardy and team captain Wes Morgan scored the first two goals of the match at the 32nd and 52nd minutes before the Swans netted a consolation at the 80th courtesy of midfielder Leroy Fer.

It would be a close match for these two squads, but Ranieri's side has the momentum and is expected to hand Klopp's team their second loss this term.
