It is said that back stories about the Titans as well as how the walls were built will be tackled in the second season. The creator decided to take a different turn from the manga version because of the lack of the element of surprise.

But of course, "Attack On Titan" Season 2 will still focus on Eren, Mikasa, Armin and Levi as well as the other members of the Survey Corp. But because of the allege twist, it means that it will be interesting and surprising for the viewers.

Rumors also claim that it will focus on Krista and her family and that the Reiss family will be a hindrance for Eren as well as the residence on the walls. New sets of Titans will also bring chaos to the walls and will destroy it.

According to reports, one of the new Titan is Zeke who is very similar to Eren. He will transform into a Titan but in a more controlled manner since he is more intelligent than the other Titans. Because of this, he is indeed a big threat for Eren as they face each other.

Aside from Zeke, there is also a gigantic ape-like Titan who will appear on season 2 and who will be bringing havoc to the walls. Fans can surely expect a more action-packed series in the upcoming season.

As for the "Attack On Titan" manga version, it has been making a buzz to mark its 60th million printed copies worldwide. It is also one of the few comics that topped in western areas.

"Attack On Titan" Season 2 is expected to premiere on February 2017.
