While leaks from the October 2016 CoroCoro Comic are imminent, a new batch of information for "Pokémon Sun and Moon" is said to arrive on Sept. 14. On the other hand, "Pokémon Sun and Moon" seems to be the darkest game ever.

Trainers should expect another batch of information for the much-rumored pair of 3DS "Pokémon" games this Wednesday at 6 a.m. PDT or 9 a.m. EDT, as per Nintendo News official blog. Although the games are just months away from their official worldwide premiere in November, aficionados have already received a slew of new Alola Pokémon, gameplay, and features sneak peeks.

Early stills from the latest CoroCoro Comic are set to hit the Internet within days, but tension is already building up in the Pokémon community. An anonymous source on the renowned Japanese message board 2channel aka 2ch recently said that Alolan versions of Ekans, Arbok, Magmar, and Electabuzz will be unveiled on Sept. 14. In case the Wednesday batch of information is anything to be compared to the past releases, trainers can expect a new trailer alongside the news.

Meanwhile, the Pokémon franchise has always had a bit of an edge to it. The game concerns capturing conscious and clever monsters and forcing them to fight each other for sport, honor, and friendship.

In addition, there is a secret darkness about the Pokémon themselves that are only evident in the games, according to Comic Book. Some of the Pokémon can reportedly steal souls while others delight in scaring and pestering their targets.

For a franchise made for children, Pokémon game have a level of darkness. The newest pair of games in the franchise, "Pokémon Sun and Moon," seems to be the darkest game ever.

The games are set in the sunny and colorful Alola Region, but many of the new Pokémon introduced so far either look horrifying or have increasingly dark backgrounds. If the new Pokémon are anything to go by, the upcoming pair of games will be the darkest yet.
