People who snore too loudly could also have other respiratory and heart ailments too.  This is what the research of VA Pacific Islands Health Care System.  Your brain tissues might be suffering from tiny injuries, known to the scientific community as microinfarcts.  This is due to a lowered oxygen level that goes to your brain when your eyes are shut for many hours.  After some time, this condition will gradually become vascular dementia. 

Aside from possibly having a poorer brain function, having much lower oxygen levels while you sleep can also be pretty damaging to the heart.  Medical reports from Web MD reveal that those who have sleeping problems usually have irregular heartbeats.  Most of those who have sleep apnea have higher blood pressure and have higher risks of having heart attacks than those who are sleeping normally. 

However, if you have no idea if you are snoring loudly because you sleep alone in your room, you should be checking what you feel the first hour after you wake up.  If you are feeling normal, then it means that your sleep is normal too and you are getting enough rest.  However, if you have some bad headaches and you feel drowsy the first few hours just after waking up, then please consider a visit to your physician. 

Don't wait until your condition becomes worse.  Having better sleep means having a better health and also understand that your sleep deprivation can lead to poorer judgment in the work place and it can damage relationships too when you become moody.
