Scott Walker, GOP Presidential contender, had the opportunity of clarifying himself regarding the ISIS terrorist group response. In the earlier weeks, Martha Raddatz of the ABC News asked GOP presidential contender Scott Walker how he would deal with the threats posed by the Islamic State terrorist group, more popularly known as the ISIL or ISIS. The governor of Wisconsin answered that an aggressive strategy is needed and that other "surgical methods" beyond the current air strikes would do good, also.

During the Conservative Political Action Conference held Thursday, Walker once again went into the ISIS topic, saying that his personal experience on attacking labor unions makes him an authority in deciphering a winning strategy on how to fight the Islamic State.

"If I can take on 100, 000 protesters, I can do the same across the world," the Wisconsin governor told the crowd.

Walker's comments caused some stir, pushing him to defend himself.

The Governor said, "Let me be perfectly clear, I'm just pointing out the closest thing I have to handling this difficult situation is the 100,000 protesters I had to deal with," the Wisconsin State Journal said.

"You all will misinterpret things into the way you want it," he said. "That is the closest I have with regards to handling a difficult, terrible situation, not that there is any similarities between the two," he added.

The 2016 presidential candidate expressed that the nation is in deep need of someone who  can lead and who has the ability to convey a message that will not only protect the American soil, but all freedom-loving people around the globe, the Huffington Post said.
