The finale of "Fear The Walking Dead" Season 2 shows that Alejandro is the true boss. Major spoilers have been revealed and show what happens in the final episode of the current season.

"Fear The Walking Dead" Season 2, episode 15 Season Finale spoilers
Fear: The Spoiling Dead Fans have shared big spoilers from the Season 2 finale instalment.
La Colonia's gang threatens Nick and he persuades them to let the people go. When they reach there the folks are gone except Alejandro.
Meanwhile, Alejandro talks about his bite. The people of La Colonia manage to reach the border but later they are attacked. A few of the red-shirts are killed and Luciana gets hit in the shoulder.
The Bros allow Chris to drive but he falls asleep at the wheel leading to a massive accident. Chris is injured and Derek and Brandon kill him.
In "Fear The Walking Dead" Season 2 finale episode, Madison finds out about the Bros in the hotel and she tries her best to keep them away from Travis.
Later, the Bros tell Travis about Chris and he beats them to death. Oscar tries to intervene but gets injured and dies. Meanwhile, Alicia kills Oscar's brother.
Alicia, Travis and Madison head out of the hotel but, Strand decides to stay back.
Towards the end, after everyone leaves, Alejandro sets a trap for the gang. La Colonia is overrun with walkers and the gang is killed.
"In the second-season finale, Travis' rage causes unrest at the RBH; and Madison must decide if she will stand by Travis. Meanwhile, Nick takes on leadership of the Colonia as Narcos close in," reads the synopsis.
