Middling team Paraguay (3-2-3, 12 points) will try to bounce back from their poor showing in the recent matchday as they square off with fourth-running squad Colombia (4-3-1, 13 points) in a 2018 FIFA World Cup CONMEBOL qualifiers match at the Estadio Defensores del Chaco in Asunción this Thursday, Oct. 6.

Paraguay is currently at the sixth spot of the 10-team CONMEBOL World Cup qualifying table after eight rounds of competitions.
