Justin Bieber is now legally an adult as the singer turned 21 on March 1. To celebrate this benchmark of his life, by having a blast at a wild party held on a rented private island.
"Grateful to be alive!!! Love u!!! 21," tweeted the star to kick off the celebrations. The pop icon had rented a Caribbean isle near Grenada, where the celebrations started from Feb 28. A video clip, uploaded by TMZ, from his party place, showed him dancing shirtless to 50 Cent's birthday anthem "In Da Club," while guzzling champagne directly from the bottle.
As the "Baby" hit maker grooved away, his friends and other guests can be seen surrounding him with sparklers. Bieber's rumored girlfriend Hailey Baldwin was also present at the bash along with other close friends like Alfredo Flores, Matthew Espinosa, Ryan Butler and Soundz.
Videos and pictures uploaded by party goers give the impression that Beiber's 21st birthday party was a lavish affair. The pictures uploaded by Flores showed exquisite dinner tables and palm trees in the background.
Bieber's ex-girlfriend Selena Gomez was missing from the party. So was Bieber's good friend and model, Kendall Jenner. However, his rumoured former flame, model Yovanna Ventura, was present at the bash.
Ventura soon uploaded a party pic on her Instagram account. The snap shows the model standing quite close to Bieber, who has grabbed her thigh wrapped around his waist. The two seem to be getting close once again after getting separated in 2013.
Bieber's birthday celebrations have started early this year, when his close friends surprised him with a restored '65 Lincoln Continental on Thursday. The star has posted a black and white picture of him driving his gift on his Instagram account.
The party continued till the wee hours.
