Simon Cowell's partner Lauren Silverman exposed her breast as she stepped out with the "X Factor" judge in a sheer gown on Oct.1, Saturday. The couple was attending the Star Chase Ball at the Dorchester hotel in London.
All eyes were on Silverman as she donned a purple-colored sheer lace gown with intricate floral detailing during their night out. However the 39-year-old's see-through outfit completely exposed her bare chest.

The sleeveless outfit embraced her fabulous figure but Silverman handled the slip-up like a pro. Unfazed by her wardrobe malfunction, the socialite smiled happily and posed for pictures with her beau. The revealing outfit did not come cheap though. The ensemble, designed by Lebanese fashion designer Zuhair Murad, comes with a hefty price tag of £3,120 ($3960), according to The Sun.

Cowell was also dressed up for the event in his signature unbuttoned shirt and suit look. The 56-year-old music mogul also smiled happily for the cameras alongside his ladylove. He and Silverman have been dating since 2013 and have a two-year-old son named Eric together.
Silverman's nipple-slip comes days after her partner appeared to have flashed his penis during an episode of "X Factor Judges' Houses." It sent social media users into a frenzy and many took to Twitter to make fun of the slip-up.
However, it was later cleared up that Cowell, who was seated between fellow judges Mel B and Emma Bunton on a sofa, had his leg folded up against the other. His seating position made it look like his penis had made its television debut.
"This was just my toe. It was unfortunate and embarrassing, but I just want to clear up toe gate," Daily Mail quoted Cowell as saying to his friend and "This Morning" co-host Rylan Clark-Neal. Watch the video below for more details on that story:
