Actor Chris Hemsworth is dishing out details about his character Thor and his role in "Avengers: Age of Ultron." In an interview conducted on the sets of 2015's highly anticipated Marvel movie, the actor talked about his battle with Ultron and his army, his fight with Paul Bettany's The Vision, his character's future and changed relationships. Speaking to Hit Fix, Chris Hemsworth revealed that the script of "Avengers: Age of Ultron" has been "amplified, but in an intelligent way." Afterwards, the actor talks about his part in the movie in detail.
According to Chris Hemsworth, after staying on Earth for quite some time, it becomes Thor's temporary home and he is the "part of the team" of Avengers. Fans can expect to see the hammer-wielding god "loosened up a bit." He is now "a little more human and little more accessible." It seems the actor is excited that his character is away from Asgard and he does not have to be kinglike.
The actor revealed that "Avengers: Age of Ultron" features "new threats," "new conflicts" and "new set of circumstances." He said that the threat is so great that he and his team members admit that they can't "win this one."
"Avengers: Age of Ultron" also displays changed relationships. The actor reveals that the movie will see Thor and The Hulk getting used to each other and less "conflicted."
Scarlet Witch is said to be responsible for awakening the "inner demon for each character." As for Thor, "it's more in their individual selves, rather than the team so much." According to the actor, Thor fears "corruption of power" the most.
Later, the actor teased a "pretty solid battle" with Iron Man. Fans must brace themselves to watch a "lengthy fight scene of destruction."
Furthermore, the movie features a party scene and Thor dressed in a coat and jeans. Fans can also expect to see Thor's new armour, which is slightly modified. As hinted in the article, Thor will be seen in an epic battle with Paul Bettany's The Vision. It is said to be more of a "hand-to-hand combat."
"Avengers: Age of Ultron" is scheduled to release on May 1, 2015.
