One of the things that the publisher helped out was creating an action-packed video production. With their help, Igarashi is hopeful that they can launch the video game with minimal flaws only.

The video, which can be viewed below, showed new gameplay for the video game. Compared to the previous teaser trailers and other gameplay videos, this one if visibly improved.

Igarashi and the team thanked the people who contributed in helping them in their campaign. They are excited to bring "Bloodstained: Ritual of the Night" to a wider audience too.

The creative director told IGN in an interview of the two reasons why the game was delayed. The first season was that when they got more money, they could create more content with the Kickstarter campaign, but they could not push the date back during the whole campaign. This is where the problem started.

Igarashi said that when they started to hit so many stretch goals, it became harder for a one standard team to make. He explained that unless they made this 100-person team size, then there was no way they were going to finish the video game by the original date.

The second reason of the delay was that they were targeting a very high quality bar for the game. When they started to build it, and showed it to the backers, they had a very high quality bar.

The development team had to choose between dropping the quality bar one notch in order to get it out sooner. The other choice was to be satisfied with the quality and continue to make sure it was going to be maintained. In the end, Igarashi chose quality since it was important for him.

The creative director hopes for "Bloodstained: Ritual of the Night" to run on PlayStation 4 Pro in 4K with HDR. He is curious of what will happen if it pushes through. They also want to try and get their game to at least 60 frames.
