Fans must brace themselves to find what's next Nathan and Meredith. The duo is trying to figure what their relationship is all about. The network has released a synopsis for "Grey's Anatomy" Season 13 episode 4 "Falling Slowly" on its official website. According to the press release, Nathan and Meredith try to determine where they stand. Meanwhile, they must prepare to deal with any kind of opposition from Meredith's half-sister Maggie, who has a huge crush on Nathan.
At the same time, episode 4 will reveal what is Alex up to. He reportedly tries to make things better by doing the "right thing but still can't catch a break." He continues to deal with the consequences of his attacking Andrew.
In the meantime, "Grey's Anatomy" Season 13 episode 4 shed light on Jackson and April and their new life as parents. It is said that the new parents continue to struggle and try to adapt to their "new normal" with the baby. Elsewhere, there might be trouble brewing up in Amelia and Owen's relationship.
