Following the announcement in Twitter that the popular series, "Power," is back for its season 4, a trailer showing that Tariq will be held captive was also released.
It can be remembered that the previous season ended with Angela attempting to arrest James St. Patrick a.k.a Ghost. This shocked James as he has always thought that Angela is still in love with him. Based on this scene, the trailer of the upcoming season is focused on Tasha's urgent call to Ghost which the latter was not able to answer. It seems that Tasha's concern is about their son Tariq who seems to be in danger.
International Business Times reported that there is a possibility that Kanan will put his plans forward now that Ghost is in prison. With Tasha's message, it also seems that 50 Cent's character will extort all of Ghost's money as his way of revenge.
According to rumors, Tariq will have a hard time to escape from Kanan's evil hands, especially that his father will be spending some time in jail. Fans now believe that Kanan's revenge will finally have a chance in this season.
Meanwhile, Courtney A. Kemp also shared a spoiler for "Power" Season 4. According to the actress, Season 4 might start at the time Greg was shot. With this, it is also believed that there will be no big time gap after the shooting incident. She also revealed that Angela's arrest of James will play a big factor for a sudden shift in the 'relationship' status of the two. She said that, "right now they are adversaries, but if you've read the 48 Laws, you know that can change too."
She also confirmed that no pregnancy will be revealed yet in the upcoming season, and added that the theme of "Power" Season 4 will probably dwell on redemption and forgiveness.
Although there is yet no confirmation, "Power" Season 4 is rumored to premiere some time in summer of 2017.
